Utah has many seasonal homes and cabin locations. White Room is prepared and available to access these types of properties. "Summer access only." "Winter gates closed." We have equipment and capabilities to get to any property at any time of year. Emergencies happen, and many properties these days have plenty of tech involved to communicate these emergencies to owners. And if weather makes access tough, give us a call. We can get there with tools and materials.

In Utah, 4% of total property stock, roughly 40,000-50,000 properties are considered seasonal, recreational, or occasional-use homes. And understandably not everyone has the equipment or capabilities to access these properties year-round. White Room Maintenance is fully equipped to do so when needed.
